Just like your biceps or abs. Over the years, facial muscles lose tone if you don't train them. And here's what you start noticing in the mirror:
We looked at why people quit regular apps within a week. Then did the exact opposite.
Tell us what bothers you — get a personal 5-minutes-a-day plan.

See your face in real time — with cues showing exactly which muscles to move. No more "try to copy the picture from a book".

The algorithm shows in real time whether you're doing the exercise correctly. Progress is tracked automatically.

From simple to advanced. Celebrity expressions, memes, emotions. Something new every day — it never gets stale.

Watch your face change: which zones have toned up, where more work is needed. Week-by-week stats.
Face yoga is the foundation. But the app also has advanced exercises: how to look confident in a job interview, charming on a date, or captivating in front of a crowd. Work on your face — level up your charisma too.

Yes. Your face is muscle — just like any other. With regular training it regains tone. FACS, the methodology behind the trainer, has been used by psychologists and in actor training for 40+ years.
5 minutes is the base plan. You can do 10–15 if you want faster results. But consistency matters most: 5 minutes every day beats 40 minutes once a week.
Yes. The TrueDepth camera tracks 52 facial muscles in real time — without it, the AR cues and AI feedback can't work. That means iPhone X or newer (2017 and later).
Two fundamental differences. First, the format: most apps are video guides ("follow the trainer"). We're an AR trainer with real-time feedback. Second, motivation: we bet on a game format, memes, and celebrity expressions — so you don't quit after a week.
No big deal. Your progress isn't reset and the plan adapts. Come back in a week or a month — everything's still there. We don't force you to "keep the streak" — that pattern doesn't work.
Yes. The face scan, basic exercises, AR trainer, and progress tracker are all free. The Pro subscription adds premium exercises (interviews, dates, public speaking) and advanced analytics. But you can start without it.
The app is free. The subscription is optional — for when (and if) you want more.
